Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and WP Business Dash (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the WP Business Dash plugin, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
Description of Services
WP Business Dash is a WordPress plugin that consolidates business metrics from various sources into a unified dashboard. The Services include:
- The WP Business Dash WordPress plugin
- License key management and validation
- Software updates and new features
- Customer support
- Documentation and resources
License Grant
Scope of License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the WP Business Dash plugin according to your purchased plan:
- Solo: 1 WordPress site, 1 user
- Team: 1 WordPress site, up to 10 users
- Agency: Up to 10 WordPress sites, unlimited users
- Enterprise: Unlimited sites and users (custom agreement)
License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the plugin
- Share your license key with others outside your organization
- Use the plugin on more sites than your license permits
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
- Use the plugin for any unlawful purpose
License Term
Licenses are valid for the subscription period you purchased (monthly or annual). Upon expiration:
- The plugin will continue to function with your installed version
- You will lose access to updates, new features, and support
- API-dependent features may cease to function
Purchases and Payment
Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change with notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Services within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Subscription renewals (you may cancel to prevent future charges)
- Requests made after the 14-day period
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Upgrades or add-on purchases (prorated credit may be available)
To request a refund, contact support@wpbusinessdash.com within 14 days of purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial periods
- Your license key will be deactivated at the end of the billing period
Support
Support is provided to customers with active licenses via email. We aim to respond to support requests within 2 business days. Support includes:
- Installation and configuration assistance
- Bug reports and troubleshooting
- General usage questions
Support does NOT include:
- Customization or development services
- Third-party plugin conflicts (though we’ll try to help)
- Server or hosting configuration
- Training or consulting
Updates
We regularly release updates that may include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are available to customers with active licenses. We are not obligated to provide any specific updates or features.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all code, design, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by WP Business Dash and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are solely responsible for the data you manage through our plugin. We do not access, store, or process your business data — it remains on your WordPress site.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
- The Services will be compatible with all WordPress configurations
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WP BUSINESS DASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WP Business Dash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Fail to pay applicable fees
Upon termination, your license is revoked, and you must cease using the plugin and delete all copies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WP Business Dash regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
